In October 2012, the Working Group on Industry 4.0 laid out a set of implementation strategies to the German officials. - Assistance Systems: The ability of technical assistance systems to support humans physically by conducting a range of tasks.
- Cyber Physical Systems: The ability of decentralized decisions and performing their tasks independently.
The key promise of the “industry 4.0” is fascinating as well as striking. It is the process to feed the industry with a revolution of advancement of digital systems.
